Q : How do I get in contact with you?

The best way to get through to the right person is to call the number on the letters we sent you. Otherwise you can email us at luiginin645@gmail.com including your name, postcode and contact telephone number.

Q : Do I have to move anything out of the way?

A :
We ask that you move any fragile pieces and personal property. Other than that, our customers will tell you that our crews respect your home and personal property and treat it as their own. We carefully move and protect anything that requires extra special care.

Q : Do you charge an initial call out fee?

A :
No we do not! We understand many companies do charge an initial call out fee and then charge from the moment they start work but we do not! We only charge from the moment we start work at your property. The first hour is always a full hour charge even if we have completed the works before that first hour. After the first hour we charge per half hour.

Q : How Do I Keep My Pipes from Freezing?

A :
Frozen pipes only occur when the temperature around the pipes gets below freezing for an extended period of time. To stop this from happening, ensure your pipes are well insulated. If your water lines are inside, this shouldn´t be a problem. However, outdoor or garage water lines may need to be wrapped in extra insulation.

Q : Will you guarantee a completion date?

A :
Absolutely. We know our job better than anyone in the business. There are no surprises we cannot handle within the guaranteed completion date.

Q : How do I find out if I have a leak or not?

A :
Most leaks are caused by worn or misaligned parts. This might be seen in your home as a dripping faucet, a running toilet, a puddle coming from your water heater, or water damage under the sink or elsewhere. If you can’t locate the leak yourself, call Homer Williams to help.

Q : Does Luigi Plumbing offer warranties?

A :
We do offer warranties. As a matter of fact, our warranties on the products that we install extend past the manufacturer´s warranty. We offer a wide range of warranties depending on the product that you install. Contact Demand Plumbing today to find out more!

Q : Can I get a technician out on a Saturday?

A :
Yes! We recognize that not everyone has the same schedule; therefore we offer plumbing services on Saturday at NO EXTRA CHARGE! But hurry up because our Saturday appointments go fast, call today to schedule your service call!

Q : How long will it take to service my gas boiler?

A :
A gas boiler service normally takes between 20 minutes to 1 hour depending on age and how long since last service.
